Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

General Conditions: The terms outlined in this document.

Event: Any game, match, concert, or similar occasion for which tickets are sold.

Visitor: The individual attending the Event.

Services: Any services provided by Fan Point, including ticket sales.

Buyer: The individual purchasing tickets through Fan Point.

Organizer: The party responsible for hosting or managing the Event.

Agreement: The binding contract formed between Fan Point and the Buyer upon order placement and payment.

Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Fan Point: The business entity registered under UK law that owns and operates fanpoint.co.uk.

Products: Tickets sold through Fan Point.

Ticket: Proof of purchase granting access to an Event.

Website: The official site www.fanpoint.co.uk.

 

Article 2 – Applicability

These General Conditions apply to all transactions conducted on www.fanpoint.co.uk. Buyers must also adhere to specific terms related to Tickets or Events, as well as any additional rules set by the Organiser or venue.

 

Article 3 – Agreement

Fan Point, acting as a ticket reseller, forms an Agreement upon order placement and successful payment on www.fanpoint.co.uk, subject to ticket availability. No refunds are provided once an order is confirmed.

 

Article 4 – Prices, Costs and Payment

  1. Prices may include additional service and transaction fees.
  2. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT.
  3. Non-payment will result in statutory interest charges and recovery costs where applicable.

 

Article 5 – Delivery

  1. Tickets will be delivered to the email or postal address provided by the Buyer.
  2. Tickets are typically delivered 3–5 days before the Event but may be sent up to 24 hours before during busy periods.
  3. Identity verification documents may be required for ticket delivery.

 

Article 6 – Personalisation

  1. Personalisation of Tickets may vary depending on the Event.
  2. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate personal information.
  3. Incorrect information may result in additional fees for changes.

 

Article 7 – Cancelled or Postponed Events

  1. Fan Point will notify Buyers of any changes to an Event.
  2. Refunds are only issued if the Event is cancelled.
  3. For postponed or rescheduled Events, tickets remain valid for the new date, and no refunds will be provided.

 

Article 8 – Liability

  1. Fan Point’s liability is limited to issues directly attributable to its actions.
  2. Fan Point is not liable for problems resulting from incorrect contact details or ticket misuse.
  3. Liability requires written notice and a failure by Fan Point to address the issue.

 

Article 9 – Force Majeure

Fan Point is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Staff illness
  • Strikes
  • Machinery or system failures
  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of war

 

Article 10 – Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Fan Point aims to respond to complaints within seven days.
  3. Complex cases may require an extended response period.

 

Article 11 – Privacy

By using Fan Point’s services, Buyers agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
